The Process
Dream it.
You will meet with our custom home builder representative to discuss the concept, ideas and budget of your new home build. Once we know what your vision is, we can give you an idea of build cost. We can also get to work preparing a concept brief for you to ensure that we understand everything you want and we can share your vision with you.
Once we know we have included all that you want, we are ready to get a concept design drawn up for you by our fantastic new home building designer. We then work with you to make the adjustments necessary to get the concept design just right. This is your home and it should be perfect!
Plan it.
Once you are happy with your concept design and elevations we will proceed to have your full architectural working drawings and engineering drawings prepared.
Colour it.
Now is a truly exciting stage! You are able to choose all of the finer touches that will personalise your home and bring it to life. We will organise appointments for you to choose your tiles, plumbing fixtures and appliance. We will also walk you through the various other items that you can select for your new home, such as doors, blinds, lighting, skirting and architraves, flooring and more!
Exchange it.
When you are happy with your quotation we will prepare your contract for you. The new home building contract used by Foreverbuild.love is prepared by the Master Builders Association and is accepted by banking corporations and lending bodies. You may also get your solicitor to look through the contracts for a peace of mind.
Foreverbuild it.
Once your build deposit has been received we can get Building Approval from council and get on site as soon as possible to start building.
Live it.
When your bespoke new home is completed we will conduct a full handover process with you. You will receive a pack with all documentation to assist you with moving and containing various warranties and manuals for your fixtures and fittings. You can then enjoy moving in to your fresh new house and truly making it a home! A 90-day maintenance defect period applies for all our builds so if there is anything that requires fixing, it will be done promptly within that period. Now, all you have to do is just to enjoy your beautiful lifestyle home.
